Vinification:
The two varieties are co-fermented using pre-fermentation and cryo-extracted in for 12 hours at 100c. Further on, the entire grape pulp undergoes careful pressing in a vacuum press and a strict static sedimentation under refrigeration. Afterward, a controlled alcoholic fermentaion takes place at low temperatures (150- 180c).Followed by ageing on the wine lees for at least 3 months (sur lies) and sediment (batonnage).

Tasting comments:
Vivid rosy colour. Rich aroma reminiscent of mature red fruits (cherry, sour cherry, strewberry) .Opulent mouth with very few tannins, good acidity, intense fruity taste resulting in an outstanding flavour. Long and pleasant aftertaste with slightly sweet notes in the finish.

Store in dark, clear and cool place
