Vinification:
Grapes are pre-fermented and cryo-extracted for 48 hours at 100 C and then vinified with long extraction (20 days) in piston vinificators. 12 months of ageing in French 225 lit oak barrels.

Tasting comments:
Clear deep ruby colour with a compex bouquet that keeps developihg . Spice, cinnamon,coffee and tobacco aromas surrounded by plenty of fruits (plum,cherry) and notes of vanilla. Opulent mouth-feel with still intense tannins, discreet acidity and a round finish.
